Dr. Jacob Tazik’s journey to dentistry is rooted in a passion for science, service, and continuous growth. Originally from Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, he earned his undergraduate degree in Biology with honors before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. After several years of practicing in his home state, he relocated to Colorado in 2023, where he’s embraced both the community and the lifestyle.
Dr. Tazik brings a calm, focused presence to his work and is known for his dedication to precision and patient education. At Village Dental, he’s proud to be part of a team that values high-quality care and personal connection. Whether helping a patient restore their smile or walking them through a preventive care plan, Dr. Tazik strives to make each visit informative, supportive, and comfortable.

This drive carries over into his dental practice, where he’s always looking for ways to grow and better serve his patients.
